The Simmons Beautyrest Comforpedic Respiro is the thicker mattress within this group and has 4 1/2 " of the NxG memory foam.  If you want a firm mattress with a little more softness to it you should try this one.  Often times a firm mattress can just feel too firm and this one does not.
