I just wanted to tell you how much I love my mattress. I got it last week and after a week of sleeping on it I can tell you that it is very comfortable. I got the Sealy Reserve firm pillowtop and it was just the right thing for my back condition. It is very soft on top but not too soft and seems to keep me aligned properly through the night. "I'm completely in awe that I was able to purchase a new mattress, sight unseen.  All the experts say one MUST check out a new product before making a purchase.  Well, the experts aren't aware of the quality customer service, professional expertise, knowledge, and patience that you provided!  You did a phenomenal job of walking me through the various products and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
