2. Please have all pictures and/or nails removed from staircase walls.
3. We will remove one piece of old bedding for every piece delivered. Space restrictions prevent us from removing more than the number of pieces delivered.
4. We do not remove bed frames, water beds, open spring units, head and foot boards or adjustable beds.
5. We do not move items to attic or basement areas.
6. If no one is at home to accept delivery, a redelivery charge will apply.
Gotomattress.com Comfort Guarantee: As a valued Gotomattress.com customer, we will offer you a one-time Satisfaction comfort guarantee on "Premier" mattress sets. A "Premier" mattress set is any set purchased for $799.00 or more. To qualify for a satisfaction guarantee, you must sleep on your new "Premier" mattress set for a minimum of fourteen (14) days. This will give you and the mattress a chance to adjust to each other. If after fourteen (14) days you are still not comfortable with your mattress, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-762-0670. We will offer you a store credit for the original set purchased. You have up to thirty (30) days after delivery to request a satisfaction guarantee. The store credit may be used towards any other mattress set of equal or greater value. You are just responsible for the difference in price and the delivery charges (returned mattress and new mattress). If you select a mattress set of a lesser value than your original purchase, there will be no refund for the difference, and you cannot use the difference to purchase other merchandise. Merchandise being exchanged must be free of stains, abuse and/or damage. There is no comfort guarantee on your new comfort exchange selection. A Mattresses only purchase at $799 or more that is for a platform bed does qualify for our Satisfaction Comfort Guarantee.
Adjustable Bed Bases: If there is a problem with an Adjustable Bed Base, please refer to the manufacturers' warranty for their customer service number and contact them directly. Gotomattress.com does not service customer claims concerning Adjustable Bed Bases. Adjustable Bed Bases are not returnable under Gotomattress.com satisfaction guarantee or to Gotomattress.com warranty issues.
Cancellation Policy: All bedding is made new and we are willing to cancel any order.prior to delivery. Most orders are manufactured within 3 to 5 days of placing your order. If the item has already been produced by the manufacturer we can still allow a cancellation however the customer will be charged the cost of delivering the product back to GoToMattress.
Non-Returnable Items: All bedding, mattresses, boxsprings are non-returnable once delivered or picked up. Also non-refundable are mattress pads, sheets, pillows, and bedframes, and adjustable bases.
Please Take Notice: Staining and/or soiling of a mattress or box spring/foundation automatically voids any warranty. The manufacturer will not authorize Gotomattress.com to affect an exchange for soiled, stained, or abused merchandise. It is recommended that a mattress pad be applied to your new bedding to insure the warranty terms. If you have not purchased a mattress pad, please speak to your salesperson.
Transportation/Handling Fee: The "manufacturers' warranty" covers the merchandise only, and does not include transportation, handling, and removal.
Mattress Height Concerns: If you accept delivery of your new mattress set and within 24 hours of delivery you realize that it is too high, we will exchange the box spring/foundation for a low profile box spring/foundation or a low profile frame. This will lower the height of the set by 3 to 5 inches, depending on the model. There will be a delivery fee for this service. The delivery fee includes transportation, handling and set-up in your home. Please call the Customer Service number below to set up the exchange. Box Spring/Foundation Size Concerns: In some instances, a regular one-piece box spring/foundation may not fit in your home. This may require a two-piece or split-box spring/foundation order. If you need a split-box spring or foundation, please call customer service 1 888 762 0670 to make arrangements for delivery and payment. This will increase the cost of your purchase by $100.00, plus an additional transportation and handling fee.
